How do I Configure Messenger to Retrieve Mail from my Account?

Communicator 4.0 - 4.08:

1. In Communicator, from the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Under Mail & Groups on the left, select "Identity." If you do not see "Identity," click the plus sign (+) or triangle (for Mac users) to display more categories; select "Identity."
3. Enter a name in the "Your name" text box.
4. Enter your email address in the "Email address" text box.
5. Under Mail & Groups on the left, click Mail Server.
6. On the right, fill in the first three text boxes:
   • Mail server user name: the part of your email address before the '@' symbol
   • Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.tggusa.com
   • Incoming mail server: mail.tggusa.com
7. Click OK to save your changes.

To test, try sending a message to yourself and checking your mail.
